entire family. Her clinical experience also includes working with individuals
experiencing grief and loss, depression, eating disorders, abuse, anger management
issues, and substance abuse.
Beth is known for her person centered and strength based approached to counseling.
She does an intense review of the individuals history and continually gathers
information in order to better understand the individual. Beth utilizes a behavioral
modification, cognitive behavioral therapy, strengths-based approaches, and dialectical
behavioral interventions in therapy. "Where you lack in one thing, you have
to trust in yourself to thrive in another". Individuals always have strengths

faced with while taking responsibility for their own reactions and behaviors.
Beth implements a holistic view, including family members in sessions and also
being involved in school issues that may arise with children.
